An oldie but a goodie, that surprisingly does not seem to be on the site.
Ingredients
- 150 g biscuits crumbed
- 75 g butter melted
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit chopped
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 400 g condensed milk
Method

Step 1Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lamington pan lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Step 2Sprinkle base with coconut, chocolate chips, dried fruit and nuts. Pour condensed milk evenly over the top.

Step 3Bake at 180C for 25 minutes. Slice when cool.

Recipe Notes
Can use any dried fruit. Cranberries are particularly yum!
