Everyone loves them, the kids and the grown ups too!
Ingredients
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 2 tbs parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Italian dried herbs
- 1/2 cup salami diced
- 1/2 cup olives diced
- 1 cup passata
- 1/4 cup olives *extra
- 1/4 cup cheese *extra
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C degrees. Grease a 12-hole muffin pan.

Step 2Mix the flour, milk, and egg together until combined. Add the cheeses, garlic powder and herbs and olives. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix until combined, being careful not to over mix.

Step 3Pour mixture into prepared muffin pan. Top each muffin with a tablespoon of passata and sprinkle with extra cheese and olives and salami.

Step 4Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.

Recipe Notes
I have cling wrapped these and frozen and put straight into lunch boxes to defrost. A quick easy lunch when time is poor!
