Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 tbs frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp L.S.A mix
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbs Greek yoghurt

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in a jug and process with a stick blender.

Equipment

  • 1 jug
  • 1 stick blender
Recipe Notes
A Weet-bix can be added in place of the oats and maple syrup for honey.
