Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbs frozen mixed berries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp L.S.A mix
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbs Greek yoghurt

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a jug and process with a stick blender.

Recipe Notes
A Weet-bix can be added in place of the oats and maple syrup for honey.
