Every now and then you just need some cake. This is delicious, easy and versatile.
Ingredients
- 440 g chocolate cake mix
- 100 g chocolate pudding mix
- 1 cup lemonade
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 2 egg lightly beaten
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together with a whisk or fork until smooth.

Step 2Pour mixture into a greased and lined cake tin.

Step 3Bake at 180C until a skewer comes out clean.

Step 4Let cake sit for 5-10 minutes until turning out onto a wire rack to cool.
Recipe Notes
Black Label lemonade does not work very well in this recipe. I find the Cottee's Choc Pudding Mix the most successful. This mixture also works well in muffin tins. You can substitute the chocolate cake/pudding mix for vanilla. Delicious served warm with a dollop of double thickened cream. Use butter or margarine.
