Easy and inexpensive, the kids will love these and it is a great way to get in some extra vegetables. Cook them on the barbeque.
Ingredients
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 small orange sweet potato, grated
- 1 cup tasty cheese, grated
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2Roll into rissole sized patties.

Step 3Pan fry or barbecue until cooked through.
Recipe Notes
These can stick to the pan or barbecue. I usually use baking paper or a barbecue silicon sheet underneath to stop the cheese sticking. Also, having wet hands when rolling rissoles will help to stop them sticking to your hands.
