Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrot
  • 4 tbs gravy powder
  • 6 sheets puff pastry
  • 1 tbs oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
  • Step 2
    In a frying pan, fry onion, mince and carrot in oil until brown and onion is soft.
  • Step 3
    Add half a cup water and pour over gravy powder cook until thickened. Set aside to cool. Have puff pastry out defrosting as mixture is cooling.
  • Step 4
    Line muffin tins with puff pastry then add mixture top with remaining puff pasty sheets. Cook in oven for 30 minutes.

  • 24-hole mini muffin pan
  • 6-hole muffin pan
  • frying pan
Recipe Notes
Use a cup to make base of party pies and larger size for top. I use gravox gravy mix.
