Something tasty and bite size for the kids for snacks, school lunches.
Ingredients
- 500 g lamb mince
- 1 onion
- 2 carrot
- 4 tbs gravy powder
- 6 sheets puff pastry
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C degrees.

Step 2In a frying pan, fry onion, mince and carrot in oil until brown and onion is soft.

Step 3Add half a cup water and pour over gravy powder cook until thickened. Set aside to cool. Have puff pastry out defrosting as mixture is cooling.

Step 4Line muffin tins with puff pastry then add mixture top with remaining puff pasty sheets. Cook in oven for 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes
Use a cup to make base of party pies and larger size for top. I use gravox gravy mix.
