A light as air version of custard kisses. Better the day after you make them as the jam soaks into the biscuit a little. These biscuits look fabulous. You will surely impress as they look as though you have put in a lot of effort. They just melt in the mouth and the raspberry jam is slightly tangy to offset the sweetness of the icing sugar. Hope you like them.
