Ingredients

  • 3 cups brown rice cooked
  • 3 cups black rice cooked
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp ginger chopped fresh
  • 1/2 cup spring onions chopped
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 cup kimchi

Method

  • Step 1
    Heat kimchi in a wok or fypan, then add the rice, garlic and ginger.
  • Step 2
    Cook til heated through, then add spring onions and soy sauce.
Recipe Notes

I served with broccolini and some marinated chicken.

My method for the rice is in Pressure Cooker Brown Rice.
