Black and brown rice combined with kimchi.
Ingredients
- 3 cups brown rice cooked
- 3 cups black rice cooked
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp ginger chopped fresh
- 1/2 cup spring onions chopped
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 cup kimchi
Method

Step 1Heat kimchi in a wok or fypan, then add the rice, garlic and ginger.

Step 2Cook til heated through, then add spring onions and soy sauce.

I served with broccolini and some marinated chicken.
