Ingredients

  • 1 kabana sausage sliced
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3 tbs dijonnaise

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Thaw puff pastry and slice each sheet into 16 small squares.
  • Step 3
    Squeeze a small amount of dijonnaise mustard on the centre of each square.
  • Step 4
    Top with a thin round kabana slice.
  • Step 5
    Pull the pastry corners up and twist to hold them together.
  • Step 6
    Place on lightly greased tray and spray with cooking spray. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden and pastry is cooked.

Great finger food for parties and so easy to make.
