Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 2 tbs vanilla essence
- 1 whipped cream *optional
Method

Step 1In a saucepan, simmer the milk and sugar, then add the vanilla essence and half of the chocolate, mix until combined.

Step 2Slowly add the rest of the chocolate.

Step 3Pour into cups, top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
Use full cream or skim milk, white or milk chocolate.
