Great party snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cob loaf
- 420 g cream-style canned corn
- 6 bacon rashers finely chopped
- 1 1/2 cup tasty cheese grated
- 4 spring onion finely chopped
- 1 tsp chicken seasoning
- 1 tsp boiling water
Method

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 180C.

Step 2Hollow out cob loaf. Set broken pieces of bread aside.

Step 3Set aside ½ cup cheese. Dissolve chicken seasoning in boiling water.

Step 4Combine remaining ingredients and place into empty cob loaf.

Step 5Top with remaining cheese.

Step 6Place on large oven tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes.

Step 7Remove from oven and place broken pieces of bread around cob on tray.

Step 8Place back into oven to toast bread, approximately 5 minutes.

- 1 heavy-based oven tray
