These easy biscuits are great for gift-giving or to treat yourself with an afternoon cup of tea.
Ingredients
- 250g soft butter
- 160g icing sugar mixture
- 2 x 50g chocolate honeycomb bar chopped
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tbs rice flour
- 2 tbs cornflour
- 90g almond meal
Method

Step 1Beat butter and sifted icing sugar in small bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in honeycomb.

Step 2Transfer mixture to large bowl, stir in sifted flours and almond meal.

Step 3Shape level tablespoons mixture into balls.

Step 4Place balls about 3cm apart on greased oven trays.

Step 5Bake at 180C about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 6Transfer to wire racks to cool.
