Dried fruit and nut combination with coconut and condensed milk. These contain no flour.
Ingredients
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup sultanas
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup walnuts
- 400 g condensed milk
Method

Step 1Chop the fruit and nuts, and then add the coconut.

Step 2Mix in condensed milk.

Step 3Roll into 3 cm balls and roll in extra coconut.

Step 4Bake at 150C until golden.
Recipe Notes
Use any combination of fruit and nuts as desired, e.g. dried apricots, peaches, cherries, Brazil, macadamia nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, or also choc bits.
