Very nice, I make these at Christmas time.
Ingredients
- 250 g ginger biscuit crushed
- 125 g dry roasted macadamias chopped
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 60 g butter
- 1 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 tbs golden syrup
Method

Step 1Combine biscuits and nuts in bowl.

Step 2Add the condensed milk, butter and golden syrup to a saucepan and stir over a low heat until combined.

Step 3Stir into biscuit mixture.

Step 4Form into balls and then roll in coconut.

Step 5Refrigerate.
