Ingredients

  • 250 g ginger biscuit crushed
  • 125 g dry roasted macadamias chopped
  • 3/4 cup condensed milk
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tbs golden syrup

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine biscuits and nuts in bowl.
  • Step 2
    Add the condensed milk, butter and golden syrup to a saucepan and stir over a low heat until combined.
  • Step 3
    Stir into biscuit mixture.
  • Step 4
    Form into balls and then roll in coconut.
  • Step 5
    Refrigerate.

  • 1 bowl
  • 1 saucepan
Recipe Notes
I prefer to use Arnott's Ginger Nut biscuits.
