These make tasty snack or starter for a party.
Ingredients
- 1 packs English muffins
- 200 g salami sliced
- 3 egg
- 1 tub French onion dip
- 1 tsp tomato sauce broken into squares
- 3 slices tasty cheese sliced small broken into squares
- 2 Lebanese cucumber sliced small
- 1/2 punnet cherry truss tomato
- 2 sprigs parsley *to decorate
Method

Step 1Place eggs in a saucepan of water and bring to boil allow to boil for a further 3 minutes until eggs are well done. Remove eggs and place in a cold water bath before peeling and slicing eggs.

Step 2Open out muffins and spread each side with French onion dip.

Step 3Add a squeeze of tomato sauce to the remaining French onion dip and stir to combine. Cut cheese slices into 4 squares each.

Step 4To assemble muffins. add a slice of salami, cheese, cucumber, sliced egg and tomato. Top with a small dollop of the French onion and tomato mixture and garnish with parsley.
