A quick, easy and tasty side dish for mushroom lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs oil
- 200 g mushrooms thickly sliced
- 1 tbs garlic minced
- 4 tbs sour cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
Method

Step 1Wash and dry mushrooms thoroughly.

Step 2Heat fry pan to medium heat.

Step 3Add oil and mushrooms and cook slightly.

Step 4Add garlic and continue to cook until mushrooms are almost done.

Step 5Add sour cream and stir to mix. Add Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
Recipe Notes
Serve as a side to your favourite cut of steak or chicken. I use Swiss brown or button mushrooms.
