Ingredients

  • 1 tbs oil
  • 200 g mushrooms thickly sliced
  • 1 tbs garlic minced
  • 4 tbs sour cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Wash and dry mushrooms thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Heat fry pan to medium heat.
  • Step 3
    Add oil and mushrooms and cook slightly.
  • Step 4
    Add garlic and continue to cook until mushrooms are almost done.
  • Step 5
    Add sour cream and stir to mix. Add Parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
Recipe Notes
Serve as a side to your favourite cut of steak or chicken. I use Swiss brown or button mushrooms.
