I created this while camping because we were sick of plain bacon and eggs and now use it at home.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbs cheese grated
- 1 tbs tomato sauce
- 1 pinch dried herbs
Method

Step 1Crack eggs into warm fry pan and immediately add cheese, sauce and herbs to the egg white.

Step 2Slow cook with lid on until cheese has melted through the egg.

Step 3Serve with bacon and/or toast.
Recipe Notes
The secret is not to break the yolk otherwise it will become a quiche or omelette.
