Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs cheese grated
  • 1 tbs tomato sauce
  • 1 pinch dried herbs

Method

  • Step 1
    Crack eggs into warm fry pan and immediately add cheese, sauce and herbs to the egg white.
  • Step 2
    Slow cook with lid on until cheese has melted through the egg.
  • Step 3
    Serve with bacon and/or toast.
Recipe Notes
The secret is not to break the yolk otherwise it will become a quiche or omelette.
