Like a cob loaf but in easy serving sizes on the dinner rollettes.
Ingredients
- 12 dinner roll
- 150 g bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 200 g French onion dip
- 80 ml light thickened cream
- 80 g light sour cream
- 1 cup light tasty cheese
Method

Step 1Cut and scrape out the bread from the rollettes and discard. Fry bacon and onion lightly.

Step 2In a bowl, combine the dip, creams, ¾ cup cheese and bacon and onion mixture, mix well. Spoon into dinner rolls, then top with remaining cheese.

Step 3Bake at 150C (fan forced) for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted.
Recipe Notes
Adjust ingredients according to taste. Light ham can be used.
