Jap, Kent, Grey & Butternut pumpkin, roasted with cumin, onion & garlic
Ingredients
- 1 jap pumpkin
- 1 kent pumpkin
- 1 grey pumpkin
- 1 butternut pumpkin
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch ground cumin
- 3 cups vegetable stock
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Chop and roast the pumpkins. Sprinkle with cumin, add onion & garlic for a furhter 45 minutes.

Step 3Then simmer in veggie stock for 15 minutes. Blend
