A very flavoursome fish meal which does help those seeking to lose weight. Tangy, but not "hot." - doctorross

Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets
  • 4 ginger
  • 4 garlic clove
  • 2 chilli
  • 4 slices lemon
  • 1 cup white wine

Method

  • Step 1
    Arrange fish in a baking dish. Place the ginger, garlic, chillies and lemon around the fish.
  • Step 2
    Pour the wine over the fish. Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 180C for 20 minutes until fish is tender.
  • Step 4
    Serve with steamed vegetables.

  • 1 baking dish
Recipe Notes
Alternatively, marinate the fish in the above ingredients for 4-8 hours, and then grill.
