A very flavoursome fish meal which does help those seeking to lose weight. Tangy, but not "hot."
Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets
- 4 ginger
- 4 garlic clove
- 2 chilli
- 4 slices lemon
- 1 cup white wine
Method

Step 1Arrange fish in a baking dish. Place the ginger, garlic, chillies and lemon around the fish.

Step 2Pour the wine over the fish. Cover with a lid or aluminium foil.

Step 3Bake at 180C for 20 minutes until fish is tender.

Step 4Serve with steamed vegetables.

Alternatively, marinate the fish in the above ingredients for 4-8 hours, and then grill.
