Family favourite.
Ingredients
- 800 g lean beef mince
- 2 pieces Gotzinger kransky sausage sliced
- 1 red capsicum deseeded cut into small pieces
- 1 green capsicum deseeded cut into small pieces
- 1 brown onion diced
- 1 jar Bolognese - Chunky Pasta Sauce with tomato, garlic and herbs
- 2 carrot medium peeled cut into small pieces
- 3 cups cold water
- 2 pinches Vegeta Gourmet Stock vegetable powder
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch salt *to season
- 1 pinch black pepper *to season
- 2 x 1 tsp Italian dried herbs
- 3 tbs cornflour
- 100 ml water
- 1 packet spaghetti
- 1 block Perfect Italiano parmesan cheese finely grated
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley *to garnish
- 3 garlic cloves crushed

Step 1Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add Kransky sausages and cook until lightly browned. Remove from pan and keep in heatproof bowl. Add onion,garlic and carrot into the same pan and cook until the onion is soft. Remove from pan and add to Kransky sausages. Cover and keep aside until later use. Separately, mix cornflour with 100ml of water.

Step 2Heat 1 tablespoon of oil over in same pan over medium heat. Add mince, using a wooden spoon to break up all the lumps and cook until the mince is brown.

Step 3Transfer the mince into a saucepan. Add the Leggo's sauces, Kransky sausages and onion, garlic and carrot mixture. Then, add Italian seasoning, 3 cups of water, then cover with a lid and bring to boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes, then add both of the capsicum. and slowly pour in cornflour mixed with water,make the sauce thicker.Keep stirring and cook until bubbling.Taste and season with salt,pepper,Vegeta stock powder and sugar.Taste again and see,if anything need to be added.

Step 5Serve hot with cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley. Enjoy.
