This is a quick and easy slow cooker meal I came up with one day.
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes quartered
- 8 sausages halved
- 535 g canned pumpkin soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch mixed herbs
- 2 cups rice
Method

Step 1Brown potatoes in a pan with garlic salt and mixed herbs. Place in slow cooker.

Step 2Brown sausages in pan, then add to slow cooker.

Step 3Add soups, vegetables and ½ cup water.

Step 4Cook on low for 6 hours.

Step 5Serve with steamed rice.

I used a combination of canned pumpkin minestrone soup and canned creamy pumpkin soup.
