Ingredients
- 384ml can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp gelatine
Method

Step 1Place the evaporated milk in the fridge for several hours (preferably overnight ) until cold.
-
Step 2Select a 2-litre container, preferably with a lid. An ice-cream container is perfect.

-
Step 5Place a lid or aluminium foil onto the mixture and freeze for several hours (preferably overnight).
Recipe Notes
(Plus 2 hours chilling time for the evaporated milk and several hours setting time).
