This is an easy, healthy tuna pasta salad you make with what you have in the cupboard.
Ingredients
- 95 g canned tuna in springwater drained
- 1 cup pasta
- 125 g canned corn
- 1/2 avocado cubed
- 3 tomato quartered
- 1 red onion sliced *optional
- 1/2 lemon juiced *optional

Step 1Boil pasta until cooked, drain and run under cold water to cool.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
