This easy white chocolate and condensed milk fudge is spiked with vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon, just like a custardy eggnog!
Ingredients
- 500g white chocolate buttons
- 395g tin condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
-
Step 1Grease a 20cm square cake tin and line the base and sides with baking paper.
-
Step 2Place white chocolate buttons and condensed milk in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water until the chocolate melts. Use a spatula to stir regularly while the mixture heats, for 5-8 minutes, until thick and smooth. Remove from heat and stir through vanilla, nutmeg and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
-
Step 3Pour into prepared tin and sprinkle over extra cinnamon. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. Cut into squares to serve.
Recipe Notes
You need to cook off the white chocolate mixture for several minutes so that when it sets it stays firm. You can do this directly in a saucepan over very gentle heat, but don’t take your eyes off it as it burns easily and will make your fudge grainy.
