Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 30g butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp milk

Method

  • Step 1
    Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Tip into a coffee mug. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, starting with 30 seconds, and continuing in 15 second bursts until cake is cooked through and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Eat straight away with cream or ice-cream, or as is.

  • These yummy cakes are delicious enjoyed warm straight from the microwave. Don’t leave them too long to enjoy them!
  • This recipe is for one normal coffee or tea mug. If using smaller cups or ramekins, be sure to only half fill the cup - you will have some batter left over.
  • Double or triple the recipe if you have friends to feed.
