The cooking with an air-fryer is so much quicker than the oven and it always makes my food crisp. These corn cobs are a huge hit with my children and they would eat them every night if they could. A great side dish for a Mexican night!
Ingredients
- 6 mini corn cobs
- Olive oil
- Butter, to spread
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
Method

Step 1Wash and pat dry each corn cob.

Step 2Place them all in the air fryer and drizzle a little olive oil over them.

Step 3Cook in air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Step 4As soon you pull them out, spread a little butter on each one, sprinkle smoked paprika and top with cheese.

Step 5Serve warm and eat straight away!
