The cooking with an air-fryer is so much quicker than the oven and it always makes my food crisp. These corn cobs are a huge hit with my children and they would eat them every night if they could. A great side dish for a Mexican night! - Kelsie Heemskerk

Ingredients

  • 6 mini corn cobs
  • Olive oil
  • Butter, to spread
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Wash and pat dry each corn cob.
  • Step 2
    Place them all in the air fryer and drizzle a little olive oil over them.
  • Step 3
    Cook in air fryer on 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    As soon you pull them out, spread a little butter on each one, sprinkle smoked paprika and top with cheese.
  • Step 5
    Serve warm and eat straight away!
