This rub is suitable to marinade any meat.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs sweet paprika
- 1 tbs mustard powder
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 tbs ground black pepper
- 1 tbs vegetable stock powder
- 50 g French onion soup mix
Method

Step 1Mix all ingredients and store in airtight container.

Step 2Rub well on any meat and marinade for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Recipe Notes
Unused leftover mixture can be stored in an airtight container for next time. I prefer to use Vegeta.
