Easy, tasty potatoes.
Ingredients
- 800 g potato cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tbs dried oregano
Method

Step 1Place potatoes into a large baking dish or pan.

Step 2Bake at 220C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients, drizzle over potatoes and toss.
Recipe Notes
Use waxy potatoes. Halved small potatoes may be used. Use dried oregano, basil or rosemary leaves.
