A delicious salad dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs brown vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper *to taste
Method

Step 1Using a jar which holds approximately 500 mL, fill it to ¾ full with equal amounts of oil and vinegar.

Step 2Add remaining ingredients.

Step 3Ensure lid is screwed on and shake to combine.

Step 4Refrigerate.

- 1 glass jar with lid
Recipe Notes
This will last for a couple of weeks in the fridge and the flavours will develop over time. Use olive oil or vegetable oil, brown malt vinegar or ordinary brown vinegar and Keen's dry mustard.
