This easy one-pan chicken casserole is perfect for the whole family.
Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast fillet, cubed
- 4 cups mixed vegetables, peeled and diced
- 400g canned cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1 tbs oil
Method

Step 1Roll chicken in seasoned flour and brown in a small amount of oil.

Step 2Place in a casserole dish and add vegetables. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the vegetables.

Step 3Cover and bake in a moderate oven.

Step 4Stir after 30 minutes and cook for another 20 - 30 minutes.

Recipe Notes
I usually just put pepper and salt in the seasoned flour but sometimes I spice it up a bit with chilli flakes or hot paprika.
