Very quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 450 g canned tuna in brine drained flaked
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 4 tbs butter
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp KEEN'S curry powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups jasmine rice boiled *to serve
- 1 lemon cut into wedges *to serve
Method

Step 1Fry off onion in butter until soft. Add curry powder.

Step 2Add flour and cook for a couple of seconds.

Step 3Remove from heat and add milk, place back on stove and stir until thickened.

Step 4Add tuna and stir through until hot.

Step 5Serve over rice with lemon wedges.
