Ingredients

  • 450 g canned tuna in brine drained flaked
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 4 tbs butter
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 tsp KEEN'S curry powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups jasmine rice boiled *to serve
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges *to serve

Method

  • Step 1
    Fry off onion in butter until soft. Add curry powder.

  • Step 2
    Add flour and cook for a couple of seconds.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat and add milk, place back on stove and stir until thickened.
  • Step 4
    Add tuna and stir through until hot.
  • Step 5
    Serve over rice with lemon wedges.
