A tasty main meal that's great to have as leftovers on toast the next morning.
Ingredients
- 10 sausage thin
- 1 onion
- 2 celery stick
- 2 carrot
- 1 cup frozen green beans broken into pieces
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp parsley flaked
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Method

Step 1Boil sausages for 10 minutes, drain and remove skins, slice into 2 cm pieces.

Step 2Add onion, celery, carrots, beans and garlic to the saucepan, bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3Add sausages, curry powder, lemon pepper and parsley and simmer for 50 minutes.

Step 4Thicken with cornflour.

Recipe Notes
Mix about 2 tablespoons of cornflour with a small amount of water to make a thin paste, slowly add to sausages while stirring until you get the right consistency. Slice carrots into approximately 2cm pieces, and broken beans into small pieces.
