This goes well with mashed potato and sausages for an easy but tasty meal. I have small children so I take their cabbage out before I add the curry powder.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cabbage, shredded
- 3 97% fat-free rindless bacon rashers, diced
- 1 tbs butter
- 1/2 tsp curry powder *to taste
Method

Step 1Fry bacon in a pan with the butter until crispy.

Step 2Add the cabbage and fry stirring. When cabbage is cooked, add curry powder, salt and pepper.

Step 3For a healthier option, boil cabbage and add to fried bacon. Add curry powder salt and pepper.

You can also try adding onion and garlic for something different .
