A fresh and creative way to serve a salad.
Ingredients
- 2 avocados medium
- 2 red apples finely diced
- 2 tsp hemp seeds hulled
- 1 tbs almonds roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 celery stick finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tbs hemp oil
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Method

Step 1Cut the avocados in half and scoop out the flesh, keeping skin.

Step 2Place the avocado flesh in a medium bowl and mash with the lemon juice (this will stop it going brown).

Step 3Add apples, celery, hemp seed, almonds, raisins, hemp oil and ground cinnamon.

Step 4Fill the avocado skins with the avocado mixture and garnish with extra almonds, hemp seeds and apple.
Recipe Notes
You can replace hemp oil with 3 tbs of hemp mayonnaise.
Use extra almonds, hemp seeds and apple to garnish.
