Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1 pinch lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbs oil

Method

  • Step 1
    Cut chicken to desired thickness.
  • Step 2
    Lay chicken out and sprinkle seasoning over both sides.
  • Step 3
    Coat in flour.
  • Step 4
    Whisk egg with a sprinkle of seasoning.
  • Step 5
    Coat chicken in egg mixture, followed by breadcrumbs.
  • Step 6
    Heat oil in fry-pan.
  • Step 7
    Fry chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Recipe Notes

If there's just 1 person you'll need 1 chicken breast, a bit of flour and breadcrumbs and one egg, if there's 2 people you need double, etc. I know people who have frozen this recipe after cooking and they say it freezes just fine. I prefer to use Masterfoods seasoning.
