This crispy summer recipe is an all-rounder thanks to its fresh flavours and the flavourful fetta cheese cubes. This recipe would make a delicious side dish or appetizer. - Castello

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Castello Traditional Fetta Cubes in Brine
  • 500g green asparagus
  • 40g hazelnuts roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup thyme roughly chopped
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Method

  • Step 1
    Trim the asparagus stems (2 cm) and fry them in a very hot pan with oil for approx. 2min.
  • Step 2
    While frying, season the asparagus with salt to taste. Place cooked asparagus on a small serving tray and sprinkle the hazelnuts on top.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with the fetta cheese cubes and finish the dish with thyme and black pepper.
