This crispy summer recipe is an all-rounder thanks to its fresh flavours and the flavourful fetta cheese cubes. This recipe would make a delicious side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 pack Castello Traditional Fetta Cubes in Brine
- 500g green asparagus
- 40g hazelnuts roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup thyme roughly chopped
- Black pepper
- Salt
Method

Step 1Trim the asparagus stems (2 cm) and fry them in a very hot pan with oil for approx. 2min.

Step 2While frying, season the asparagus with salt to taste. Place cooked asparagus on a small serving tray and sprinkle the hazelnuts on top.

Step 3Garnish with the fetta cheese cubes and finish the dish with thyme and black pepper.
