Ingredients
- 1L Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 Italian sausages
- 2 carrots, peeled, quartered and sliced
- 200g fresh spinach and ricotta tortellini
- 2 cups kale, stemmed and finely chopped
- ½ cup thickened cream
- ½ bunch green spring onions, finely chopped

- dried chilli flakes
Method

Step 1Heat olive oil in a large saucepan. Remove sausage from its casing into small meatball size pieces. Cook for 2 minutes. Add carrots and Campbell’s Real Stock Chicken Unsalted and bring to the boil.

Step 2Add tortellini and continue to stir until Campbell’s Real Stock returns to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for a further 2 minutes.

Step 3Add kale, bring back to the boil and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Stir through cream and spring onions. Ladle into four individual bowls and serve topped with chilli.
