Creamy Ricotta Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 4 carrot
  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • 250 g ricotta
  • 300 ml cream
  • 1 1/2 cup cheese grated

Method

  • Step 1
    Boil, steam or microwave vegetables until just tender.
  • Step 2
    Heat ricotta, cream and 1 cup grated cheese in a saucepan until warm and cheese has melted.
  • Step 3
    Place vegetables in greased casserole or gratin dish and pour over sauce.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 180C for 45 to 60 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Any vegetables can be used. I have also just made it with potatoes and carrots. I use Bulla cooking cream. Some snipped chives can also be added.
