A lovely way to serve vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 carrot
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 broccoli
- 250 g ricotta
- 300 ml cream
- 1 1/2 cup cheese grated
Method

Step 1Boil, steam or microwave vegetables until just tender.

Step 2Heat ricotta, cream and 1 cup grated cheese in a saucepan until warm and cheese has melted.

Step 3Place vegetables in greased casserole or gratin dish and pour over sauce.

Step 4Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

Step 5Bake at 180C for 45 to 60 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Any vegetables can be used. I have also just made it with potatoes and carrots. I use Bulla cooking cream. Some snipped chives can also be added.
