Ingredients

  • 4 potato medium sliced
  • 600 ml cream
  • 45 g chicken noodle instant soup
  • 1 onion finely chopped medium
  • 1 handful parsley optional *to taste

Method

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Step 2
    Place all ingredients into a frying pan and simmer until noodles are soft.
  • Step 3
    Pour into a butter-lined baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

  • 1 baking dish
Recipe Notes
For a variation of this you could add chopped bacon or pumpkin. If adding pumpkin, make slices a little thicker than the potatoes.
