Ingredients
- 4 potato medium sliced
- 600 ml cream
- 45 g chicken noodle instant soup
- 1 onion finely chopped medium
- 1 handful parsley optional *to taste
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Place all ingredients into a frying pan and simmer until noodles are soft.

Step 3Pour into a butter-lined baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Recipe Notes
For a variation of this you could add chopped bacon or pumpkin. If adding pumpkin, make slices a little thicker than the potatoes.
