Quick and easy casserole for all the family. My 3 boys are very picky and they loved it!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 kg chicken breast fillet diced
- 5 bacon rashers diced
- 40 g French onion soup mix
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 1 brown onion diced large
- 1/2 garlic clove diced finely chopped
- 1 capsicum diced
- 2 1/2 cup rice cooked
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C.

Step 2Brown the chicken breast, add bacon, onion, garlic and capsicum, cook until onion softens.

Step 3In a casserole dish, stir together the soup mix and cream.

Step 4Add the cooked ingredients and combine well.

Step 5Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken has cooked through.
Equipment
- 1 casserole dish
Recipe Notes
Serve with rice.
You can substitute thickened cream with cooking cream.
