This is a great slice with your favourite roast, and very easy.
Ingredients
- 300 g pumpkin thinly sliced
- 7 potato large thinly sliced
- 300 ml light cream
- 100 g cheese shredded
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 2 tbs cornflour
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Method

Step 1Layer potato and pumpkin in a dish.

Step 2In a jug, add remaining ingredients and stir well.

Step 3Pour mixture over potato and pumpkin.

Step 4Bake at 180C for approximately 45 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.
