Great for kids to get them to eat vegetables.
Ingredients
- 6 bacon rashers diced
- 7 mushrooms chopped
- 1 cup broccoli chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower chopped
- 1/2 cup corn cob kernels
- 1 onion diced
- 1 pinch spice mix
- 350 ml light cream
- 400 g pasta cooked
Method

Step 1Stir fry onion, bacon, and mushroom for a few minutes.

Step 2Add other vegetables and cook for three minutes more or until cooked.

Step 3Add cream and spices of choice and cook until warmed through.

Step 4Serve over cooked pasta.
Recipe Notes
Tastes great with just bacon, mushroom and onion, or try adding more vegetables or swap bacon for salami.
