A 30 minute great family pleaser.
Ingredients
- 2 bacon rashers chopped
- 1 brown onion diced
- 1 tsp butter
- 1/4 tsp vegetable stock powder
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 500 g pasta
Method

Step 1Place butter, onion and bacon in frypan until brown.

Step 2Add Vegeta and stir though.

Step 3Add cream, bring to the boil, and then simmer until thickened.

Step 4Add cooked pasta and stir through.

- 1 frying pan

It’s also great to have this with chicken as a main meal. Use Vegeta gourmet stock or vegetable stock.
