This simple honey whiskey will be a delicious alcoholic drink this festive season. Serve neat or on the rocks, or poured over ice cream or cake. - Tiffany Page

Ingredients

  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 300ml pure cream
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
  • 375ml American honey whiskey

Method

  • Step 1
    Place condensed milk, cream, honey and cinnamon into a large saucepan over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and leave to cool before stirring in honey whiskey.
  • Step 2
    Place a large funnel into the neck of 1L sterilised glass bottle. Pour the whiskey mixture, through a fine sieve, into the bottle and refrigerate until required.
  • Step 3
    Serve neat or on the rocks, or poured over ice cream or cake! Will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
