This simple honey whiskey will be a delicious alcoholic drink this festive season. Serve neat or on the rocks, or poured over ice cream or cake.
Ingredients
- 395g can sweetened condensed milk
- 300ml pure cream
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp powdered cinnamon
- 375ml American honey whiskey
Method

Step 1Place condensed milk, cream, honey and cinnamon into a large saucepan over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and leave to cool before stirring in honey whiskey.

Step 2Place a large funnel into the neck of 1L sterilised glass bottle. Pour the whiskey mixture, through a fine sieve, into the bottle and refrigerate until required.

Step 3Serve neat or on the rocks, or poured over ice cream or cake! Will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
