These are very moreish.
Ingredients
- 150 g butter softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup white chocolate broken into chunks
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
Method

Step 1Preheat oven to 180C and line 3 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2Cream the butter and sugar together until pale and creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until smooth.

Step 3Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together and stir until combined. Add the oats, chocolate and cranberries and stir to combine.

Step 4Roll tablespoons of the mixture and place on baking trays. Flatten the balls with a fork dipped in flour.

Step 5Bake for 12-15 minutes or until pale golden.

Step 6Remove from oven and cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
