The cosmopolitan, also known as cosmo, grew in popularity thanks to the hit series, Sex and the City. It’s a colourful and vibrant drink that I love to serve when entertaining, it really gets the party going!
Ingredients
- 60ml vodka
- 30ml orange-flavoured liqueur (such as Cointreau or Triple Sec)
- 30ml cranberry juice
- 30ml lime juice, plus 1 slice lime to serve
- 1 cup ice cubes

Step 1Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake until chilled.

Step 2Strain mixture into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime slice.
