Great for the lunch box or morning tea.
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup Cornflakes
- 150g butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- 1/2 cup dried apricots finely chopped
- 1/2 cup choc bits
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 cup coconut
Method

Step 1In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.

Step 2Stir in melted butter, vanilla, honey and beaten egg.

Step 3Drop tablespoons of mixture onto baking trays lined with baking paper. Flatten with a fork.

Step 4Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180C.
