A very addictive dip recipe and is a hit at every event.
Ingredients
- 5 bacon rashers chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 g sour cream
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1 pinch chicken stock powder
- 1 cob loaf
Method

Step 1Fry bacon and onion until cooked.

Step 2Heat other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl for four minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 3Combine with the bacon and onion.

Step 4Remove top of cob loaf and scoop out the middle.

Step 5Pour cheese mixture into loaf, place top back on and bake for 30-40 minutes at 160C.

Step 6Tear up the removed bread and cook with the loaf for the last 10 minutes.
